Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients:                                                                

2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed and chopped

2 ea. jalapeno chile, seeded and finely chopped

2 tbsp. lime juice

2 tbsp. green onion, thinly sliced

                                                                                     

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in non-reactive bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
