Ingredients:
2 cups dates, chopped
½ cup water
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
¾ cup Greek yogurt
Directions:
1. Cook the dates in the water until soft. Cool.
2. In the work bowl of a food processor, process the dates until nearly smooth.
3. Stir in the walnuts (by hand).
