6 ea. hard boiled egg

1 ea. avocado, halved and pitted

1 dash tabasco

1 tbsp. fat free sour cream

1 tbsp. basil leaves, cut into strips



1.   Reserve 2 eggs, then halve the rest and put the (4) yolks in a mixing bowl. Wipe the whites clean with a paper towel.

2.   Blend or beat the yolks with the avocados, Tabasco sauce and spices. Put in pastry sleeve.

3.   Serve the remaining 2 egg whites and sprinkle over the filled eggs. Garnish with the basil, and chill before serving.
